He possesses vast exposure of different markets, experience in marketing analysis, development of marketing strategies, rational sales and incentive plans, and implementation of the respective plans in both B2B and B2C environments.
At American TelePhysicians Khurram Altaf has been responsible for spearheading marketing, product development & management, launch management and leading the regional operations for SHIFA4U, CURA4U and Smart Clinix.
Marketing
- Assess market and customer environments to discover unmet needs, buying process, buyer personas, and customer segments
- Represent marketing’s point-of-view in a cross-functional effort to refine the target product profile
- Lead the creation of effective product positioning by regularly assessing the competitive landscape and clearly defining our product’s differentiated value
- Develop the business strategy, partnering with field marketing, content marketing, and marketing analytics to execute the plan and achieve specific goals for each event

Launch Management & Operations
- Oversee SHIFA4U, CURA4U and Smart Clinix launch planning and execution
- Oversee development of marketing and sales enablement assets, in collaboration with content marketing
- Ensure the sales team is trained on selling the product (e.g., positioning, messaging)
- Collaborate with PR & comms, content marketing, and growth marketing functions to support distribution of product-related marketing content across various channels
